Former Arsenal and Everton striker Kevin Campbell has sadly passed away at the age of 54. He had been hospitalized earlier this month and his health had been declining, with reports indicating that he had suffered from sepsis. Campbell began his career at Arsenal, joining the club at the age of 18, and went on to make 210 appearances for the Gunners, scoring 55 goals across a 10-year period. He was a key player in the club's success during the 1990s, helping the team win several trophies, including the Premier League and FA Cup. Campbell also had a successful spell at Everton, scoring 50 goals in 160 games, and is remembered as a fan favorite at Goodison Park. After retiring from football, Campbell went on to become a successful businessman and entrepreneur. His death has been met with an outpouring of tributes from the football community, with former players and clubs sharing their condolences and memories of his career. Campbell is survived by his wife and three children.
