Yoga is a physical, spiritual and mental practice that originated in India thousands of years ago.


The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit word for "yoke" or "union," and was originally used to describe a meditative practice that aimed to unite the body, mind and spirit.
There are many different styles of yoga, each with their own focus and goals. Some of the most popular styles of yoga in the West are hatha, karma, bhakti and raja etc.

This exercise is performed with yoga mat, yoga block, yoga strap, bolsters etc.

Why I should perform yoga.
