Huawei has started taking pre-orders for its latest Mate 70 smartphone series in China, with the official launch set for November 26. The series includes three models: Mate 70, Mate 70 Pro, and Mate 70 Pro+, with different storage and color options. The Mate 70 Pro and Mate 70 Pro+ are expected to support 100W fast charging, while the Mate 70 may have 66W fast charging. The phones are expected to feature a quad-camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, a 40-megapixel ultrawide sensor, and a 16-megapixel infrared lens.
Over 130,000 people have already registered for the phones in the first 10 hours, with the number expected to rise to millions by the launch date. The Mate 70 series will be available in various colors, including black, white, green, purple, gold, and sky blue, with storage options ranging from 256GB to 1TB. The phones will have 12GB or 16GB RAM, depending on the model.
