Under his leadership, Pacific Energy Limited has provided about 15% of Nigeria’s electricity and is close to completing what is set to be the nation’s largest thermal power plant, valued at $2 billion.
In addition to Dr. Adeleke, several governors were recognized for their leadership, including Douye Diri (Bayelsa), Biodun Oyebanji (Ekiti), Abba Yusuf (Kano), Sheriff Oborevwori (Delta), Umar Namadi (Jigawa), Charles Soludo (Anambra), and Hope Uzodinma (Imo).
