Chelsea have successfully imprinted their name into football history, becoming the first club to win all five major UEFA competitions after a commanding 4-1 victory over Real Betis in the UEFA Europa Conference League final.

The match was played at the Stadion Wroclaw in Poland, the match added another glittering chapter to the club’s European legacy, completing their collection of the Champions League, Europa League, UEFA Super Cup, defunct cup winners' cup and the conference league.

The night didn't start well for Chelsea, as they fell back during the first 9mins but the second half brought a different Chelsea and a different story. Spearheading the comeback was England international Cole Palmer, whose creativity proved decisive. Enzo Fernandez also powered home a header.

Palmer delivered once more, floating in a ball that Nicolas Jackson turned into the net to complete the turnaround. The Blues were far from done, however. With seven minutes to play, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall burst forward and found fellow substitute Jadon Sancho, who whipped a stunning shot into the far corner.

A fourth goal was added as Chelsea Player of the Year, Moises Caicedo, found the net with a well-placed shot from 20 yards.

'We've won it all,' came the chant from the Chelsea fans.
