Poco Lee is said to have been released in the UK after the woman behind the lawsuit reportedly withdrew it, according to influencer Peller.
Peller made the claim during a livestream after he was asked whether Poco Lee had been released.
“Yes o guys, Poco Lee is out. They talk say that girl that sue Poco Lee say the girl e run away from the case, say e leave the case. God go bless the girl, na God go bless am, is a good person,” Peller said.
He further claimed that the woman’s withdrawal from the case led to Poco Lee’s release.
"The girl that make Poco Lee go to prison, the girl comot the case, UK lawyer con leave Poco Lee,” he added.
Poco Lee was previously reported to be on remand in a UK prison, with a plea hearing scheduled for September.
The report followed allegations of sexual offences against the dancer.
Nevertheless, Peller’s claim that the complainant withdrew the case and there has been no independent confirmation from UK judicial or prosecution authorities that this resulted in Poco Lee’s release.
