Organisers of the popular Big Brother Naija reality show, MultiChoice Nigeria, have officially announced that the new season will premiere on July 26 and 27, 2025, with a double launch weekend.

This year's winner is set to receive a grand prize of ₦150 million, marking the highest prize money since the show's inception in 2006.

Long-time host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, will return to guide viewers through the 10-week season, which is expected to culminate in a grand finale on October 5. While the official theme for the 10th season will be unveiled on the premiere night, MultiChoice Group's Executive Head of General Entertainment, Busola Tejumola, has indicated that viewers can anticipate a "fresh wave of excitement."

The previous edition, themed "No Loose Guard," introduced a twist where housemates initially entered in pairs before being unpaired to compete individually.
Kellyrae emerged as the winner, making history as the first married housemate to win the show, taking home ₦100 million.

For the 2025 edition, physical auditions made a comeback and were held between May 16 and 18 in Lagos, Enugu, and Abuja.
Online auditions preceded these physical screenings, taking place from May 3 to May 7, 2025.

This milestone season is supported by a lineup of sponsors, with Guinness Nigeria serving as the gold sponsor. Other sponsors include Smirnoff, Gordons, HFM, Pepsi, Aquafina, Supakomando, Tolaram Group, Bet King, Golden Penny Foods, Haier Thermocool, Checkers custard, and Innoson Motors.
Viewers can catch all the live action and special broadcasts on DStv Channel 198, GOtv Channel 49, and Showmax.
