Oyo state government increase the pacesetters transport fare, Lagos-ibadan

The Pacesetter Transport fare for Lagos-ibadan has been increased by the Oyo state government. This has been increased from 3,200 to N5,000, effective from February 1, 2025.


In a statement posted on the official X handle of Oyo State Pacesetter Transport Services on Wednesday, the management passed information to the customers about the new pricing.

“We would like to inform our valued customers about a change in our pricing structure for Ibadan and Lagos, effective February 1, 2025,” the statement read.


The management made it clear that the fare adjustment is important to continue providing quality transport services.

On the 13th of January, the Oyo State Government, through the Pacesetter Transport Service, Eleyele introduced air-conditioned buses for the Lagos-Ibadan route, offering modern amenities at an affordable fare of just N3,200.


Buses to Lagos from Ibadan leave at 7 am, 10 am, 1 pm and 4 pm daily from Pacesetter Transport Service, Eleyele. 
Buses from Lagos to Ibadan leave at the same times each day from Ikeja Bus Terminal. All buses are fully airconditioned with free WiFi and charging ports.”
