Green tea is obtained from unoxidized leaves of the Camellia sinensis bush. It is one of the least processed types of tea, containing the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols.

Green tea has been proven to have so many health benefits, which include; skin protection, Supports weight loss, Improve cardiovascular health, prevent cancer and so much more.

Although, there are so many health benefits attached to green tea, there are still a few known side effects which are important to take note of.
