The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has condemned the remark of Valentine Ozigbo, an aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC), that Governor Chukwuma Soludo is planning to p
destabilise his party.

APGA chieftain Chinedu Obigwe said Ozigbo’s claims that Nicholas Ukachukwu, the APC’s governorship candidate in Anambra, is being used by Soludo to undermine and disrupt the APC are all lies.

Obigwe also discredited Ozigbo’s claim that Soludo is funding Ukachukwu’s political ambition for the same reason.

In a statement issued on Sunday, Obigwe described Ozigbo’s claims as laughable.

He said the APC is merely existing in Anambra and has no strong structure in the state.

Obigwe said, “We laughed uncontrollably when we watched Valentine Ozigbo’s latest Channels TV interview. In the interview, he falsely accused Governor Soludo of funding Ukachukwu to weaken APC.

“The truth is that there is nothing to weaken in Anambra APC because the party does not exist in our state.

“So a party that is not in existence in Anambra cannot disturb Governor Soludo’s sleep to warrant him sponsoring Ukachukwu that has nothing to offer to weaken the non-existent party,” Obigwe said.

Furthermore, he called on Ozigbo to be bold enough to state the reality on the ground and give up on being pretentious about the status of the APC in the state.

He also warned that Soludo has no hand in the dramatic and exaggerated actions within the APC.
